I'm an American male of Chinese, English, and Scottish descent who currently lives near Seattle, Washington. Ever since I was a baby, I've enjoyed noodles of all kind. Now, my daughter is also experiencing the deliciousness of noodles and seems to like them as much as me.

I came up with the idea of this blog when I was out shopping at one of our local Asian supermarkets. I saw all of the different instant noodles they had and was upset at myself for only being familiar with just a few. So, I've decided to try as many as I can and review them on the Internet. It may seem silly, but it's a helpful reminder for me on what I like and what I don't like when it comes to noodles. Hopefully it'll also encourage people to stray from their Top Ramen and Cup Noodles to try something new. I also plan on reviewing other Asian snacks and drinks every once in a while. There's so much to try!
